The Foscam FI9805E is Foscam's latest HD 960p, 1.3 Megapixel POE IP camera. The FI9805E improves on the FI8905E in the following respects: Improved low light & night vision performance Wider lens of 4mm, giving a 70° viewing angle Updated web interface with all features and options included in MJPEG cameras Enhanced MAC as well as Safari/Chrome/Firefox compatibility Multidevice viewing compatible with FI8905W/FI8904W and all other Foscam MJPEG cameras 1.3 Megapixels for HD quality video Voltage requirements: DC 12V/2.0A; PoE (802.3af), 6.5 Watts (Max.) power consumption, Supports IEEE 802.3af PoE. The Foscam FI9805E POE IP Camera features high quality, 1.3 megapixel 960p HD video (1280 x 960p), remote internet viewing, motion detection, and night vision. The FI9805E differs from other outdoor models as it adopts a high performance and powerful media processor, single SOC chip, built-in (ARM+DSP) and high speed video protocol processor. This model also includes the standard H.264 video compression algorithm to satisfy the transmission of high definition video in narrow bandwidth network (not MJPEG). In addition, it is smartphone compatible (Iphone, Android & Blackberry) as well as viewable over the internet network using the standard Safari browser (no app necessary, no sound).
